This program guides participants to effective and precise self-awareness, understanding, and recognition of their abilities and skills, and consists of two parts:
- Self-Assessment Workshop
- Trainer Feedback
SELF-ASSESSMENT WORKSHOP
Through this workshop, participants should better understand themselves, recognize their areas for development, areas of strength, and understand how the environment perceives them. Through various exercises, participants gain insights into their abilities and characteristics that are specific to them as individuals. They will discover parts of themselves that they may not have thought about before, such as:
- How much they trust others
- What kind of team player they are
- How self-critical they are
- How motivated they are
- What their values are, and how they perceive themselves
They will learn how to better use and develop these abilities, how to emphasize them, which behaviors they should exhibit more or less frequently, and thus further promote their personal development.
The workshop includes:
- Interactive simulations of real situations from all leadership areas (teamwork, leadership, communication, delegation, time planning, relationships, presenting, etc.)
- Presentation simulations
- Feedback from the environment
TRAINER FEEDBACK
One-on-one professional feedback from the trainer. It is held immediately after the self-assessment for each participant individually.
