Trainer training – how to become a good trainer Practicing learned techniques from the trainer training

Creating a preparatory training which is actively monitored by selected internal trainers

Demonstration training

Giving instructions on how to transfer knowledge from the mentioned training Practicing given instructions and material in the preparatory training
6. MODULE:
Supervision of internal trainers (if needed)
= 12 days of internal training (excluding supervision)
